Syscob Pty Ltd is an Australian owned and operated company that has been developing and supporting software for Australian Exporters since 1983. We have two software products that have been developed and refined within Australia for Australian businesses. These products have been designed to save time, money and human mistakes therefore streamlining both the Statutory (government) and commercial export documentation process. Both products come with comprehensive user guides and on-line help backed up by what we believe to be the best support available in the industry.

Do you export enough quantity to justify being connected to the AQIS EXDOC system or ACS CMR/ICS system? If not then Syscob offers an EDI Agency service to ease the costs and complexities of infrequent exports. We can act as an agent to obtain AQIS EPNs and certificates, Customs EDNs and Terminal Operator PRAs via EDI. All the exporter needs to access this service is a fax machine...
Our other product, Export-It Plus for Windows is helping some of Australia's smallest and largest exporters save time and money in producing commercial export documents.
Export-It Plus for Windows is an application that implements a commercial export documentation system which is able to automatically interface with our statutory software, Export-It. The system has been designed as a multi-commodity, single-entry data system which operates from a true relational database for any number of users. Once the default tables (database entries) have been completed, then this information can be reused without any repetitive typing on your documents — for any number of shipments.
Our flagship product, Export-It for Windows is Australia's most popular AQIS (Australian Quarantine & Inspection Service) EXDOC interface software package ever, with hundreds of happy clients Australia-wide! It is also used by these same people for communicating with the ACS's (Australian Customs Service) CMR/ICS system for getting goods out of Australia or for communicating with Australian Teminal Operators for getting containers into a terminal or for communicating with Shipping Companies for providing Forwarding Instructions. Syscob Pty Ltd has been involved with both the ACS EDI export systems (EXIT & CMR/ICS) as well as the AQIS EXDOC system since they first began in 1991.
